Chapter 687: She’s Our Daughter?

Chapter 687: She’s Our Daughter?

The person who once died right in front of me appeared without any warning."Xi... Han" Howard Seymour had always concealed his emotions, but now his cloudy eyes were filled with turbulent feelings.

"Howard Seymour"

Hearing Howard Seymour’s voice, Sila realized all of this was not a dream.

She rushed over, grabbed Howard Seymour’s hand, and broke down crying, "Why did you lie to me? You weren’t dead at all, why did you lie to me? Do you know how I’ve lived these past years?".

The woman in front of him was crying her heart out, just like at the moment they parted twenty years ago.

"An internationally renowned designer crying like this, aren’t you worried about being laughed at? Hmm?" Howard Seymour’s trembling hand responded to her, "I’m sorry, I’ve been looking for you, until now."

"Howard Seymour, I won’t forgive you, I won’t forgive you for lying to me for twenty years!" Sila’s hands pounded on his body.

"Hmm, okay, don’t forgive me, never forgive me. It’s my fault, I was unable to protect you and our daughter," Howard Seymour let her hit him, feeling as though his life was finally full.

"Madam, Mr. Seymour has injuries," a bodyguard behind them had to remind her.

Sila’s actions stopped abruptly as she looked down at his immobilized legs, her heart aching, "I’m sorry..."

Rochelle Thorne stood there dumbfounded, watching the scene, "Mom, what’s wrong? Who is he?"

Howard Seymour squinted his eyes, "What did she call you?"

Sila snapped back to her senses and pulled Rochelle Thorne over, "She is our daughter. Twenty years ago, I personally brought her here, and only recently did I find her in the Thorne Family. Doesn’t she look beautiful?"

"Is this... Dad?" Rochelle Thorne chuckled dryly, scrutinizing Howard Seymour, wondering if there was yet another wealthy patron.

"Daughter?" Howard Seymour’s sorrowful expression quickly faded, his gaze sharp and penetrating. The bodyguards behind him had already swiftly held Rochelle Thorne down.

"A’ Hong, what are you doing? Let her go, she is our daughter!" Sila exclaimed in shock.

"Daughter? I already found our daughter from the Thorne Family; she has already returned to the Seymour. Where did this one come from?" Howard Seymour scoffed, his previously gentle features now stern and authoritative.

Rochelle Thorne broke out in a cold sweat after hearing Howard Seymour’s words, panicking, "No, don’t arrest me. I am your daughter, I truly am."

"What did you say? Our daughter had already returned to the Seymour? How is that possible? I left her in the Thorne Family, where did you find this daughter from?"

Howard Seymour handed a photo to Sila, "This is our daughter."

Sila took the photo, and when she saw the girl in it, her pupils constricted in disbelief.

Howard Seymour handed her another photo, which was of Sila when she was young. Now, when you look at it, the two photos are almost identical...

Quinn Villa.

Leon Rivers and several others sat casually, while the large screen in front of them played a meeting held by the Lin family, stating that Wendy Lynch was not a child of the Lin family, nor were they related by blood. Wendy Lynch was adopted from an orphanage.

Melody Thorne stared at the medical report on the table; Wendy Lynch had a medical record indicating a psychological illness, wherein she wanted to shatter anything perfect she saw.

"I’m going upstairs to check on Timmy," Melody Thorne said as she got up and went upstairs.

The fourth floor had a room specifically set up for Timmy, filled entirely with his high-tech inventions, including numerous robots.
